Terros Health is hiring Arizona Licensed Clinicians for outpatient positions in Glendale, AZ.

(Will consider experienced BHT Level Therapists with Experience)

Location: 6153 W Olive Ave, Glendale, AZ 85302

Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week

Tuesday - Saturday 

OR

Monday - Friday

Experience Treating Co-Occurring Disorders Preferred

This position will be a blend between groups, individual and assessments. We work with Domestic Violence Probationers- so DV experience is a plus but we will train.

Behavioral Health Experience Preferred, Licensure Preferred

(Master’s degree, i.e., MA, MC, MSW, in a Behavioral Health Field)

Arizona Licensed: LCSW, LPC, LIAC, LMSW, LAC, LAAC or LMFT in Good Standing

(Temporary license does not qualify)

$23.42+ per hour for Master's Level Therapists

$57,000+ for Associate Level Therapists

$70,000+ for Independent Licensed Therapists

Additional Language Differential Pay Available: Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, Arabic, Farsi, Swahili or ASL

Position Summary: Behavioral health Experience is defined as work experience providing direct care to individuals whose condition is related to mental disorder, a personality disorder, substance abuse, or a significant psychological or behavioral response to an identifiable stressor. Employee will serve as a Clinician at Terros Health, Supervised by Clinical Manager or Regional Administrator. This position is responsible for providing outpatient counseling services which may include adults, children, adolescents, families, couples, and groups using the Triple Aim framework of “Better health for the population, better care for the individual and lower cost per capita”. Ensures the successful achievement of Terros Health vision, mission, program objective and compliance with a broad range of current federal and state health regulations and policies. Provision of services will occur in the office or other place of service

Clinician Duties Include:

  • Responsible for providing outpatient counseling services to clients.
  • Responsible for intakes, assessments, treatment and discharge planning, and group counseling through evidence-based practices.
  • Charts progress, maintains clinical records and ensures implementation of treatment and discharge plans.
  • Monitors and follows up on client needs, and submits monthly service reports as required or needed.
  • Coordinates services as necessary working in collaboration with various State, Federal, and local agencies.
  • Provides client-centered outpatient clinical services to individuals/families.

  • Must possess a Master’s degree in a related discipline, i.e. MA, MC, MSW, Arizona behavioral health license (other than LBSW) or eligible for Arizona license from Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
  • Must pass background check in accordance with Terros Health and DCS requirements including, but not limited to, no restraining orders within the last 10 years.
  • Must pass DCS Central Registry check without any disqualifying events.
  • Must have ability to perform First Aid or CPR as necessary and appropriate.
  • Knowledge in use of Electronic Health Records - NextGen a plus.
  • Experience working with diverse populations preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • This role is a non-driving position. This position is held at one location and does not require travel to various Terros Health centers. May be 18 years of age and with less than two years’ driving experience or no driving experience.
  • Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or apply for an Arizona fingerprint clearance card (Level 1) within 7 working days of assuming role.
  • Must pass background check, TB test and other pre-employment screening
