Job Description:
The Manufacturing & Maintenance Functional Lead will own Oracle Fusion Manufacturing and Maintenance modules, ensuring production integrity, serialized traceability, and asset reliability across manufacturing operations.
This role directly supports production uptime and operational excellence.
You must have experience leading an Oracle Fusion implementation at scale.

Manufacturing Focus
  • Work order lifecycle governance
  • WIP cost accuracy
  • Repair and rework loops
  • Serialized assembly tracking
  • Backflushing controls
  • Shop floor process alignment

Operational Leadership
  • Partner with plant operations leaders
  • Drive work order process improvements
  • Stabilize WIP reconciliation
  • Coordinate MES integration impacts
  • Support maintenance cost tracking
  • Leverage Oracle Cloud's AI/ML capabilities (e.g., predictive maintenance signals, production anomaly detection, and intelligent scheduling) to improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance throughput.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Inventory teams to ensure seamless integration across planning, sourcing, production, and fulfillment processes.

Required qualifications:
  • 8+ years manufacturing systems experience
  • Strong understanding of production control and WIP costing
  • Experience with serialized manufacturing
  • Oracle Fusion Manufacturing experience is a must

Preferred qualifications:
  • Oracle Cloud Certification highly desired
  • Experience with MES integrations
  • Aerospace manufacturing background
  • Knowledge of asset reliability principles

$110,000 - $170,000 a year
