SALARY: $22.66-$27.30 per hour (including commissions)

SHIFT: Monday-Thursday: Start Time: 4:45PM (10 hour shifts)

ROLE SUMMARY:

As aWarehouse Picker, you will use an electric pallet jack, or fork truck, plus a scan to pick system to build package and keg pallets for retailers. You will be picking brands such as Budweiser, Bud Light, Busch, Stella Artois, Michelob Ultra and more. You are responsible for safely picking the correct product and ensuring it is loaded on the right truck. Other job duties include maintaining a clean warehouse space, reworking damaged product, loading trucks, spotting trailers, verifying pallets, maintaining accurate inventory and more.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build stable pallets with orders and position them to loading docks from voice pick headsets

  • Utilize lean six-sigma tools to increase efficiencies and manage key performance indicators

  • Ensure load product meets Anheuser-Busch standards. Quality is everything to us

  • Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of facilities

  • Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards

  • Wrap orders before loading on trucks

  • Maintain equipment and report on malfunctions

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or GED required (no degree required for any position within AB ONE Wholesalers!)

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Must have a valid Drivers License and safe driving record

  • Ability to lift, load, unload, and move products weighing up to 165 pounds and fulfill all physical requirements of the job

  • Ability to work in a wide temperature variation (36F -Temperature outside)

  • Ability and willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and/or holidays

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision

  • Ability to obtain Forklift certification (forklift certified preferred)

  • Working knowledge of Anheuser-Busch product portfolio

  • Previous consumer packaged goods / beverage industry experience, preferred

  • Previous distribution/warehouse experience, preferred
