Temporary roles may last for a few weeks or months, depending on business needs, and provide flexibility for operators who prefer not to commit to long-term contracts. To prepare, it's essential to maintain a reliable vehicle, stay updated on Amazon's safety requirements, and be proactive in communication with dispatchers. Building flexibility into your schedule and budgeting for potential gaps in assignments can help ensure success in this dynamic environment.
