Executive Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Senior Leadership team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant will handle a range of administrative duties, manage daily schedules, coordinate travel, prepare documents, and serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Organize and manage the executive's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring effective time management.
Communication: Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Screen calls, emails, and requests, responding on behalf of the executive when appropriate.
Meeting Coordination: Arrange and prepare for meetings, including setting up conference rooms, preparing agendas, compiling materials, and recording minutes as needed.
Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
Document Preparation: Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
Project Assistance: Assist with special projects and research tasks, ensuring timely completion and keeping the executive informed of project status.
File and Record Management: Organize and maintain files, records, and other important documentation, both physical and digital.
Expense Tracking: Manage and submit expense reports and track reimbursements according to company policies.

Key Qualifications:
