We’re hiring a General Laborer in Columbus, OH for a full‑time, Monday–Saturday schedule at $23/hr. This role involves hands‑on work, basic construction support, material handling, and general site tasks. Great fit for someone reliable, comfortable using tools, and able to work in fast‑paced environments.

• Support daily jobsite operations
• Perform basic construction and repair tasks
• Use hand and power tools safely
• Load, unload, and move materials
• Assist technicians and site leads as needed

• 1st and 2nd shifts available
• Flexibility required based on business needs
• Up to 60 hours per week (overtime included)
• Overtime may be required depending on workload

• Warehouse or general labor experience preferred, not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude
• Must pass drug and BGC check

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Albany, OH.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
