Job description

Description
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Food Assembler to support our airline catering operations in Hawaii. This short-term position focuses on assembling food items and preparing upright service carts and airline equipment to meet strict airline specifications.
Duration: 1st shift approximately 4 weeks (potential TTH)
Duration: 2nd shift, approximately 3 weeks, 2:00 pm-10:30 pm (potential TTH)

Job Responsibilities
  • Assemble food items according to airline standards
  • Set up upright service carts with meals, beverages, snacks, and supplies
  • Prepare, load, and organize airline catering equipment for departing flights
  • Ensure accurate labeling, portioning, and presentation of food items
  • Maintain clean and sanitary work areas per food safety guidelines
  • Follow production sheets and checklists to ensure accuracy
  • Support prep and assembly tasks as needed

  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Previous food service or airline catering experience is a plus
  • Must be available for the full 4-week assignment with reduced hours

Associate Requirements
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Background Check
  • Able to Lift 30 pounds
  • Must be at least 18 years old
