Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Mechanical and Electrical Openings!)

Pay is completely dependent on experience level. Likely between $30-$36 starting rate depending on overall skillset and experience.

• 1.5 overtime for anything over 40 hours
• Multiple advancement options on hourly pay

Responsibilities

• Candidates will perform mechanical or electrical maintenance tasks within the facility.
• Work on Hydraulic and pneumatic press systems.
• Conduct light electrical wiring, focusing on 480KV systems.
• Rewire motors as required. Troubleshoot VFD's, servos, etc.
• Collaborate with Engineering Technicians and Engineers on PLC-related tasks.

Essential Skills

• 3-5 years of mechanical and electrical maintenance experience on the job OR equivalent education.
• Must be able to use a multi-meter for electrical repairs.
• Proficiency in wiring motors.
• Experience with 480KV electrical systems.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• PLC systems

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CHATTANOOGA, TN.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
