ProSidian Seeks a Entry Level Payroll Specialist | Payroll Specialist [COC0052051] for Program Support on a Exempt 1099 Contract: No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent located CONUS - Charlotte, NC Across The Mid Atlantic Region supporting strategic delivery of Government and Public Services Sector Human Capital Solutions through Temporary Help Services and Recruiting/Staff Augmentation capabilities for the City of Charlotte (COC).

ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Provide services and support as a Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services (Entry Level Payroll Specialist) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as City of Charlotte (COC) | Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (CCPA). Generally Located In CONUS - Charlotte, NC and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World).

Supervise HR assistants and coordinators.

Manage recruitment pipelines and onboarding processes.

Coordinate training programs and professional development activities.

Resolve escalated employee inquiries or complaints.

Monitor HR compliance with regulations and internal policies.

Desired Qualifications For Entry Level Payroll Specialist | Payroll Specialist [COC0052051] Candidates:

  • Experience managing HR operations and teams.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • 5+ years HR experience, with at least 2 in supervision.
