We are seeking a Media Operations & Product Enablement Manager to drive operational excellence and product optimization across onsite and at-store propositions.

Rather than managing day-to-day campaign execution, this role focuses on designing,optimizing, and scaling the operational frameworks that support both managed-service and self-service advertising products.

This is a highly cross-functional role responsible for overseeing owned and operated media operations while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Client Services, Account Management, Analytics, and Retail Media teams to improve workflows, scale operations, andoptimizeplatform capabilities.

The ideal candidate combines deep operationalexpertisewith a passion for process improvement and product innovation. They understand the end-to-end lifecycle of owned and operated advertising campaigns and are energized byidentifyingopportunities to improve workflows, automate manual processes, and enhance the advertiser experience.

This role reports to the Senior Vice President, Commerce & Retail Media.

Responsibilities

  • Own the operational strategy and continuous improvement roadmap for onsite and at-store retail media workflows across managed-service and self-service products.

  • Evaluate existing operational processes andidentifyopportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and scale ways of working across cross-functional teams.

  • Partner with our clients' Product and Engineering to prioritize operational enhancements, improve platform usability, and influence future product capabilities based on operational needs.

  • Develop andmaintainstandardized operating procedures, governance models, documentation, and workflow playbooks that improve consistency across the organization.

  • Build scalable operational frameworks that support growth whilemaintainingquality, efficiency, and service excellence.

  • Collaborate with Client Services, Media Operations, Analytics, Finance, and Product teams to improve cross-functional alignment and operational transparency.

  • Establish quality assurance standards, operational controls, and success metrics that support new product launches and ongoing platform enhancements.

  • Analyze operational performance data,identifytrends, and recommend improvements that reduce manual effort, improve efficiency, and enhance team productivity.

  • Drive process optimization initiatives through automation, AI-enabled workflows, and operational tooling.

  • Lead change management efforts for new processes, technologies, and platform capabilities, including documentation, training, and adoption planning.

  • Identifyoperational risks, workflow gaps, and dependencies while partnering with stakeholders to develop scalable solutions.

  • Serve as the operational subject matter expert for O&O media products andadviseleadership on opportunities to improve scalability, governance, and operational maturity.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned, measuring operational success, and driving ongoing refinement of business processes.

  • 4+ years of experience in media operations, retail media, advertising operations, program management, product operations, or operational excellence.

  • Experience designing or improving operational workflows within digital advertising, retail media, eCommerce, SaaS, or technology organizations.

  • Demonstrated success leading process improvement, workflow optimization, or operational transformation initiatives.

  • Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams to improve platforms, systems, or user workflows.

  • Familiarity with onsite and at-store retail media ecosystems, ad serving technologies, order management systems, campaign management platforms, or advertising operations.

  • Strong understanding of operational governance, documentation, process mapping, and change management.

  • Experience supporting self-service advertising products or platform operations is strongly preferred.

  • Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills with experience managing multiple cross-functional initiatives.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence teams across all levels of the organization.

  • Retail media network, digital advertising, or eCommerce experiencestronglypreferred.

  • Experience implementing automation, AI-enabled workflows, or operational tooling is a plus

The hourly pay range for this position is$34- $40.The hourly pay ratefor the successful candidateis based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factorspermittedby law.Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidaysin accordancewithdentsupolicy,as well assafe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
