Title: Data Analyst - IT IV (Product Analyst - CIAM) Location: Remote (Chicago, IL preferred / Central Time alignment) Start Date / End Date: 09/10/2026 - 03/12/2027

POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a data-driven Product Analyst to support the Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) product area by turning customer identity, authentication, and digital journey data into actionable insights. This role focuses on analyzing platform data across login, registration, enrollment, authentication, and account-recovery experiences to quantify product performance and surface friction points. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, fraud prevention, UX, operations, and analytics teams to improve measurement strategy and inform roadmap prioritization across customer-facing digital channels.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze CIAM data across login, registration, enrollment, password reset, MFA, session management, and account recovery journeys to identify trends and friction points.
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting views in Power BI, Excel, or similar tools to track funnel conversion, drop-off rates, error patterns, and authentication success rates.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Fraud Prevention, UX, Operations) to define KPIs, event-tracking requirements, and measurement plans.
Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations and backlog inputs to help prioritize CIAM product enhancements.
Support data analysis for A/B testing, feature rollouts, production changes, incident reviews, and post-release assessments.
Document data definitions, reporting logic, known data limitations, and business rules to ensure consistent metrics across executive and technical stakeholders.

REQUIRED SKILLS
SQL & Data Querying (4+ years): Advanced querying, data extraction, and schema analysis for complex data sets.
Dashboarding & Reporting (4+ years): Hands-on expertise using Power BI, Excel, Tableau, or Adobe Analytics to construct performance views and funnel reports.
Digital Funnel & Customer Journey Analysis (4+ years): Proven experience tracking conversion trends, drop-off rates, error patterns, and user experience telemetry.
Telemetry & Event Tracking Integration (4+ years): Experience defining event-tracking specifications and integrating CIAM platform events into analytics tools.

ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS
Quantum Metric, Splunk, or similar digital observability and log analysis tools.
Understanding of CIAM protocols and concepts (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, MFA).
Practical experience applying AI tools to streamline analysis, documentation, and workflow efficiency.
A/B test analysis, feature rollout evaluation, and agile product backlog refinement.
CANDIDATE PROFILE The ideal candidate is an analytical, business-savvy Product/Data Analyst with strong experience in customer journey telemetry and digital identity or authentication systems. They excel at bridging the gap between raw data and executive strategy, communicating clear narratives to both deep-tech engineering teams and high-level business leaders.
