Lifeline Sim Experts in the East Bronx help qualified residents in ZIP codes 10461, 10462, and 10465 access affordable or free wireless service while keeping their current phone.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage residents across East Bronx ZIPs
  • Educate residents about Lifeline wireless benefits
  • Conduct eligibility checks and document verification
  • Complete clean, compliant enrollments
  • Meet daily/weekly activation goals
