Job description

Our Employee Family is seeking an LPN for 12 hour shifts. This is a temporary assignment for up to 60 days. 

Heartland Country Village, located in Black Earth, Wisconsin, right next to the Shoe Box on US Highway 14; with free parking on site, 40 minutes from Madison, Wisconsin, and within walking distance of great lunch-break restaurants, wants to talk to you and discuss this career opportunity.

Enjoy this small, sweet facility where residents and staff are family.   Enjoy a slower pace and smaller resident: staff ratios--giving you that little extra time to care, create, and enjoy your time with our residents. 

This full-time, hands-on leader, who supervises the on site CNAs on your shift, supporting this skilled and long-term care location. This employee family offers care for 25 residents and patients who rely on us for life enrichment and quality of care.

We use EHR-Point Click CareRoutine, fixed Schedule (12 hour shifts)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate nursing care to residents
  • Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
