Job Title

Registered Nurse – Pain Management

Location

Philadelphia, PA | Outpatient

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (5x8-hour shifts) | No weekends | No call

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care within a Pain Management Center, including procedure rooms and office-based settings, maintaining patient ratios of 1:4 (Pre/Post) and 1:2 (Procedure Room)
  • Float as required to the Short Procedure Unit (SPU), Pain Center, and PACU
  • Assist with procedural cases involving moderate sedation, pre-operative, and post-operative care
  • Support safe and efficient patient throughput across outpatient surgical and procedural environments
Required Qualifications
  • Active Pennsylvania RN license or compact license valid in Pennsylvania
  • BLS certification required
  • Minimum 3 years of RN experience
  • Procedural experience required (GI, OR, and/or Moderate Sedation)
  • Pre/Post-operative experience required
  • PA Fingerprints (Childline) required — must be completed within 1 week of contract signing
  • Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible at the standard travel rate (local differential applies for candidates within 50 miles)
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • OR RN background with 2–3 years of experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in an outpatient surgery center setting
  • Familiarity with pain management procedures and multi-room procedural environments
