What is a temp?

Temps, short for temporary workers, are employees hired to work for a limited period of time, often through staffing agencies. They are typically brought in to cover short-term projects, employee absences, or busy periods. Temporary workers may work in various industries, including administrative, manufacturing, healthcare, and more. While they usually do not receive the same benefits as permanent employees, temp jobs can offer valuable work experience and flexibility.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a temp?

To thrive as a Temp, you generally need adaptability, reliability, and a basic proficiency in office or industry-specific tasks, often supported by a high school diploma or relevant work experience.
