Job description

UG2 is seeking temporary laborers to perform various duties relative to the set-up and breakdown of events at Gillette Stadium. This hourly position would include day's, nights and weekends and report directly to the Stadium Operations Manager. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist with the movement of equipment and supplies necessary for each event to appropriate locations under the direction of the Stadium Operations Assistant Manager.
  • Follow through on the daily set ups, plan and stage equipment for the following work day.
  • Assist in the placement and set-up of tables, chairs, club tables, cocktail tables, and any other furniture utilized by the stadium to meet the needs of its various clients.
  • During Stadium events this position will be responsible to assist in the set-up and breakdown of key areas within the stadium, as well as, any additional event-related needs as determined by the Stadium Operations Events Coordinator.
  • Diagnose and repair failing/broken equipment and materials.
  • Organize and inventory supplies.
  • During the winter months, this position will be responsible to assist in snow removal operations.

The successful candidate should have a High School degree or equivalent and possess the following skills:

  • Drivers license and access to a vehicle 24/7
  • Availability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays if needed.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs unaided
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic PDA/Computer Knowledge
  • Ability to be a self-starter and work with minimal supervision.
  • Consistent, honest, attentive to detail, and patient.
