Job description

UKG Go Live Support

Our client is seeking an experienced UKG Workforce Management (WFM) Go-Live Support Consultant to provide onsite support during a critical UKG implementation. This individual will serve as the first line of support during go-live, troubleshooting issues in real time, assisting end users, and ensuring business operations continue with minimal disruption.

The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on UKG WFM experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can quickly diagnose and resolve configuration, functional, and process-related issues while working directly with Payroll, HR, Operations, managers, and end users.

Key Responsibilities

Go-Live Support

  • Provide onsite support during UKG go-live activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in real time across the UKG WFM platform.
  • Assist end users, managers, and business stakeholders with system questions and navigation.
  • Monitor system performance and identify issues before they impact operations.
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary while providing temporary workarounds.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to:
  • Timekeeping
  • Attendance
  • Scheduling
  • Advanced Scheduling
  • Accruals
  • Leave
  • Labor Levels
  • Pay Rules
  • Work Rules
  • Investigate timecard, scheduling, and payroll-related issues and recommend solutions.
  • Validate configurations and ensure they are functioning as designed.
  • Work directly with HR, Payroll, Operations, managers, and end users during go-live.
  • Answer functional questions and provide hands-on assistance throughout the rollout.
  • Communicate system issues, resolutions, and status updates to project leadership.
  • Provide a high level of customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Document issues, defects, and enhancement requests.
  • Work closely with the implementation team to resolve production issues quickly.
  • Assist with post-go-live stabilization and knowledge transfer.
  • Identify root causes and recommend long-term solutions to prevent recurring issues.
