Job description

ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:

The Network News department at TelevisaUnivision is looking for a Reporter to join our team!

YOUR DAY-DAY:
Investigate, plan, produce and report in Spanish, including breaking news.
Conduct research and write scripts for broadcasting.
Perform live broadcast, report from on air studio or on location doing live shots.
Produce live interviews.
Be creative, have a sharp wit and be able to improvise and think quickly while on air.
Pitch news ideas and work closely with assigned photographer.
Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

YOU HAVE:
At least 5 years of experience in Spanish language broadcasting preferred.
Bilingual in English/Spanish communication both written and oral.
Strong knowledge of local market and ability to relate to the audience.
Excellent public speaking skills and ability to interact with listeners and clients in public settings.
