Job description

We are seeking a Warehouse Worker to join a growing team in Rochester MN 55902 with $21.00/hour pay for a 3-month, temp to permanent opportunity. This position involves performing physical and clerical warehouse duties including receiving, storing, picking, checking, and shipping materials. The Warehouse Associate will work in a fast-paced environment supporting accurate inventory flow, order fulfillment, and safe material handling using powered industrial equipment. Must be capable of doing physically demanding workand operating different material handling aid. APPLY NOW!


Schedule: Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM -8:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM


Dress Code:

  • Steel toe shoes required and Hi-Viz vest required
  • Pants with belt loops and a t-shirt or polo required
  • No cigarette or alcohol logos on clothing
  • No offensive or vulgar language on clothing
  • No rips or tears in clothing


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Load, unload, and move materials safely using manual handling or powered industrial equipment (30%)
  • Count, check, prepare, and record incoming and outgoing shipments (30%)
  • Assemble, package, label, stack, palletize, and route materials for delivery or storage (25%)
  • Complete paperwork, documentation, data entry, maintenance, and housekeeping duties (10%)
  • Follow all company policies including safety, ethics, and workplace conduct
  • Perform other duties as assigned (5%)


What we're looking for:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must have previous warehouse or receiving experience
  • Experience with powered industrial equipment preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, math, and reading skills
  • Ability to operate warehouse systems (WMS preferred)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment involving lifting, bending, and twisting
  • Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and teamwork


Work Environment:

  • Operation of powered industrial equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, walking riders, Moffett forklifts, EZGo carts, hand trucks, and dollies
  • Use of Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Physically demanding work involving lifting, bending, twisting, and moving materials throughout the shift
