Now Hiring Experienced Forklift Operators!
PeopleShare is hiring Forklift Operators for a large industrial parts distribution center in the Joliet/Elwood area. This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts who are looking for long-term employment and growth potential.

Shift Options & Pay
1st ShiftMonday-Friday 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM$21.00/hr
2nd ShiftMonday-Friday 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM$21.50/hr
3rd ShiftMonday-Friday 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM$22.00/hr
Overtime opportunities available during the week and occasional Saturdays.
Job Responsibilities
  • Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts
  • Load, unload, move, and stage industrial parts
  • Transport materials throughout the warehouse
  • Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
  • Accurately store and organize inventory
  • Assist with shipping and receiving operations
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Work with supervisors and team members to meet production goals
Requirements
  • Experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts
  • Ability to pass a forklift assessment
  • Steel-toe shoes required
  • Ability to lift and move heavy industrial parts
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Available to work Monday-Friday schedule
Required Onboarding Schedule
Candidates must be available for:
  • Facility Walk-Through: Mondays at 11:30 AM
  • Orientation: Tuesdays at 9:00 AM
  • First Full Day of Work: Wednesdays
