Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, or enterprise technology strategy in the Microsoft Tech stack.
  • Previous experience working at a mid-large sized management consulting firm is preferred.
  • Expertise in Microsoft cloud computing, enterprise applications, AI/ML, or data-driven solutions.
  • Strong background in Microsoft solution selling, pre-sales, and technical consulting engagements.
  • Proven experience in consultative sales, proposal development, and client presentations.
  • Ability to craft and deliver compelling business cases and presentations to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Project management experience with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple industries and adapt to evolving client needs.
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring teams of consultants and engineers.
  • Expertise in Microsoft technology frameworks, solution design, and architecture principles.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, enterprise applications, and emerging technologies.
  • Experience developing and implementing complex technology solutions across industries.
  • Knowledge of software development, API integrations, and data management strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with common enterprise tools, platforms, and methodologies.

Ideally, You'll Also Have
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong writing skills, with experience creating technical documentation and business proposals.
  • The ability to break down complex challenges into clear, actionable components.
