Location: USA (East Coast preferred โ€“ ideally nearTampa, FL)

Contract Type: Temporary (initial 3โ€“6 months, with strong potential toextend)

About the Role

We are supporting a global consulting partner on alarge-scale Life Sciences transformation program.

As a Business Implementation SME, you will play a key role in translatingbusiness requirements into system solutions, ensuring seamless alignmentbetween physical and financial process flows in an SAP S/4HANA environment.

This role is ideal for professionals who can operatecomfortably between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams,ensuring readiness, quality, and adoption throughout each stage ofimplementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and translate business requirements intoclear, testable functional specifications.
  • Work closely with business and IT teams tovalidate and optimise end-to-end process flows.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) โ€“ frompreparation and execution to sign-off.
  • Lead or assist with change management andtraining activities to ensure a smooth transition at go-live.
  • Coordinate project deliverables, track progress,and manage stakeholder communication.
Requirements Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 5โ€“10 yearsโ€™ experience in businessimplementation, functional consulting, or ERP transformation (SAP preferred).
  • Minimum 3 yearsโ€™ experience working with SAPS/4HANA or SAP ERP in a functional capacity.
  • Strong understanding of physical and financialflows, particularly within Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Manufacturingindustries.
  • Hands-on experience with UAT, training, orchange management.
  • Strong documentation skills and familiarity withtools such as Jira.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement abilities.
  • Prior experience with Capgemini or other globalconsultancies is an advantage.
  • Potential for long-term extension depending onproject success and client engagement.
  • Candidates must be based in the USA.
  • East Coast preferred, ideally within drivingdistance of Tampa, FL.
