Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner III for a 6-month contract opportunity in Greenville, OH. This role is ideal for a maintenance planning professional with strong SAP experience and a background in chemical, petrochemical, or manufacturing environments.
The Maintenance Planner III will play a key role in re-establishing site maintenance work processes, improving maintenance planning effectiveness, and supporting reliable plant operations. This opportunity offers the chance to contribute to a high-impact maintenance function where organization, technical knowledge, SAP expertise, and cross-functional coordination are essential to success.
This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative plant environment with operations, maintenance, procurement, and reliability teams. The right candidate will bring structure, process discipline, and practical planning expertise to help improve equipment uptime, safety compliance, and maintenance efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update SAP as the site computerized maintenance management system.
- Develop detailed job plans for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Review work requests, prioritize maintenance tasks, and build schedules based on safety, regulatory, and operational needs.
- Estimate labor, materials, tools, equipment, and spare parts required for planned maintenance work.
- Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and procurement to ensure equipment availability and efficient execution of planned work.
- Analyze maintenance data, support root cause analysis, and recommend improvements for reliability, cost control, and work process effectiveness.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Rate: $45.00 per hour.
- Contract Length: 6 months.
- Job Type: Contract/Temporary.
- Location: Greenville, OH.
- Standard drug test required.
