In this role, you will lead end-to-end software development-leveraging your expertise in core Java, Python, and Node.js for backend architecture while utilizing modern frameworks like Angular and TypeScript for dynamic frontend experiences.
This is an individual contributor technical role requiring a strong understanding of object-oriented design, performance optimization, and cloud-native architecture. You will work within an Agile scrum environment, partnering with cross-functional teams to build secure, scalable microservices, integrate AWS cloud technologies, and champion clean coding and unit testing standards. If you excel at turning complex business requirements into high-performance software solutions, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities

Code Quality & Testing: Write clean, maintainable, and well-optimized code; execute rigorous unit testing using JUnit, Jest, Karma, and Jasmine.
Cloud & DevOps Integration
AWS Cloud Solutions: Architect and deploy cloud-native applications utilizing AWS technologies, including serverless computing, containerized workflows, RDS, and storage/migration services.
DevSecOps & Pipelines: Partner with engineering teams to integrate secure DevOps practices, automated builds (Maven), logging (log4J2), and continuous integration workflows.
Agile Execution & Collaboration
Scrum Participation: Active participant in daily scrums, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and technical design discussions.
Technical Translation: Translate complex technical concepts and specifications into clear, actionable terms for non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
Independent Problem Solving: Exercise sound technical judgment, driving innovative solutions while maintaining rigorous data integrity and attention to detail.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
Experience Baseline: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software engineering experience focusing on core Java, Python, and Node.js coding, object-oriented design, and performance optimization.
Technical Mastery:
oExtensive frontend development experience using Angular (8 and above), TypeScript, Bootstrap, HTML5, and CSS.
oDeep application development expertise with Spring, Hibernate, SQL, JUnit, J2EE, Maven, JSON, XML, REST APIs, and Microservices.
Proven hands-on experience with AWS cloud technologies (serverless, containers, RDS, and storage/migration services).
oFamiliarity with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Karma, Jasmine) and Agile development methodologies.
