Familiarity with project management software like Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello is typically required to track deliverables and timelines. Successful Temp Project Managers are adaptable, proactive, and skilled at quickly identifying key priorities to keep projects on track.

  • Ensure that all work complies with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements, particularly for data center and federal projects.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and changes.
  • Support the transition of projects from construction to permanent operations, including punch lists, inspections, and final documentation.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on all job sites.

  • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple trades, including drywall, rough carpentry, and doors/frames/hardware.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage project schedules, budgets, and quality requirements.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills for working with general contractors and project teams.
  • Ability to lead and support project teams, including assistant project managers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with self-performed work across multiple trades such as demolition, drywall, rough carpentry, doors/frames/hardware, painting, and wallcovering.
  • experience in working as both a Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager on construction projects.
  • Familiarity with the unique requirements and documentation standards of federal construction projects.
  • Ability to adapt to complex environments such as data centers with high performance and reliability expectations.
  • Interest in long-term employment with access to benefits upon conversion to a permanent role.
