• Analyze manufacturing data, process trends, and production metrics to identify opportunities for yield improvement, cost reduction, and throughput enhancement
• Investigate process deviations, nonconformances, and quality concerns utilizing structured root cause analysis methodologies
• Support vacuum coating, electroforming, plating, machining, finishing, and related manufacturing operations through process optimization and troubleshooting
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, process flow diagrams, control plans, and manufacturing specifications
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Production, and Engineering teams to ensure process consistency, product conformity, and operational efficiency
• Lead process validation activities, capability studies, and qualification efforts for new and existing manufacturing processes
• Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies, equipment, materials, and process controls to improve operational performance
• Participate in new product introduction (NPI) activities to ensure designs are manufacturable, scalable, and cost-effective
• Support corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities and continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor process performance and establish controls to maintain repeatability, reliability, and product quality
• Work closely with suppliers, customers, and cross-functional teams to resolve technical manufacturing and process-related issues
• Provide technical guidance and training to manufacturing personnel regarding process requirements, specifications, and best practices
