Job Description Job Summary: My client seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to oversee and lead plumbing crews, ensuring high-quality installations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills, along with hands-on expertise in plumbing installation and OSHA safety compliance. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of helpers, journeyman plumbers, and temporary workers on assigned projects.

Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Serve as a front-line representative of the company, maintaining professionalism and protecting company interests. Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, customers, and trade partners to address any job site issues.

Utilize company-issued technology and applications for reporting, scheduling, and documentation. Install and repair various plumbing systems, including water supply lines, sanitary sewer lines, storm drains, and fixtures. Work with materials such as copper (soldered, brazed, and grooved connections), CPVC, PEX, PVC, and cast iron.

Install plumbing equipment, including water heaters, pumps, expansion tanks, and valves. Cut openings in structures for pipes and fittings using appropriate tools. Maintain accurate construction documents and "as-built" conditions of plumbing systems.

Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and building codes to determine work details and procedures. Plan and schedule work in sequential steps to meet deadlines. Complete daily reports, job hazard analyses (JHAs), timecards, and safety documentation using company software.

Order, track, and schedule delivery of job materials from vendors, suppliers, and the company warehouse. Supervise and assign work to plumbers, apprentices, and helpers to ensure project schedules are maintained. Oversee subcontractors and trade partners to align with project goals.

Train and coach team members to improve work quality, productivity, and safety. Set daily and weekly goals for the crew and ensure they are met. Report any project issues, delays, or changes to company management.

Enforce OSHA, company, customer, and project-specific safety policies. Ensure proper use, maintenance, and safe handling of company tools, equipment, and rented machinery. Maintain cleanliness and routine maintenance of company vehicles when assigned.
