$20.00 - $22.00 / hour | 3-4 Month Contract | Immediate Start

  • Pay Rate: Compensation is $20-$22 per hour. This range is firm and non-negotiable.

JOB SUMMARY
We are a global leader in the design and manufacture of vehicle washing systems, with equipment operating at sites across more than 80 countries. Our manufacturing and shipping facility in Arvada, CO supports a fast-paced production environment serving gas stations, auto dealers, fleet operators, and retail car wash businesses worldwide.
We are seeking a dependable Logistics Associate to support our Shipping department on a temporary basis. In this role, you will monitor inventory, load and unload shipments, pick and pack orders, and help prepare finished equipment for delivery - keeping our production and fulfillment operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on, physical role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, operates safely, and is ready to contribute from day one.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs or shortages to ensure proper stock is maintained to support build and repair activities
  • Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments
  • Pick, pull, and pack according to sales orders
  • Wrap and package machines and equipment for delivery
  • Manage Kanban system in assigned area(s) of responsibility
  • Build pallets and crates to meet order-specific requirements
  • Operate hand and power tools including saws, pneumatic nail guns, impact guns, drills, heat guns, and tape measures
  • Ability to work safely outdoors year-round regardless of weather conditions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
  • Perform other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions and shipping/order documents in English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Extreme attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Must adhere to all safety policies and regulations; ability to pass a drug screen and background check
  • Must be available to begin on-site immediately following the interview

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1-4 years of experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment
  • Knowledge of reverse logistics processes
  • Experience handling vendor relationships
  • Forklift certified - or ability to obtain certification
  • Experience with SAP or Lotus Notes

WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • On-site position at our manufacturing facility in Arvada, CO - not remote eligible
  • Active warehouse and production floor environment; noisy conditions; exposure to varying indoor and outdoor temperatures year-round
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, push, pull, stoop, crouch, climb, and use hands to grip regularly
  • Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
  • Must maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards
