We’re hiring a Metal Heat Treating Operator for a growing manufacturing team in Windsor Locks, CT. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with industrial equipment, following detailed processes, and producing quality results.


You’ll play an important role in the heat-treating process, helping ensure metal components are processed correctly and meet strict quality and safety standards.

  • Pay: $20–$22/hour
  • Location: Windsor Locks, CT
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday
  • Shift: 1st Shift, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

What You’ll Do
