Position Summary
The Education Program Coordinator I provides administrative and operational support for assigned educational programs and course blocks. This role assists with course scheduling, learning management systems (Canvas and Oasis), instructional materials, and educational event logistics. The position supports faculty, Block Directors, and senior coordinators to ensure smooth course delivery, accurate recordkeeping, and compliance with institutional processes, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the academic program.

Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism are necessary when handling student information and coordinating academic processes. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team, while maintaining flexibility in response to changing academic needs, is critical for success in this role.
