Job description

Position Overview

GoodTemps, the staffing social enterprise of Goodwill NYNJ, delivers temporary staffing solutions to government agencies, nonprofits, and private employers—while creating employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities, veterans, and others facing barriers to work. GoodTemps is part of Goodwill NYNJ’s Business Services division, which also includes our Janitorial Services and Good Guards, our soon-to-launch security guard social enterprise currently in development.

  2. Launch private-sector employer partnerships across staffing, janitorial, and security service lines, creating diversified revenue streams and increasing market penetration beyond traditional public-sector customers.
