Office Assistant Job Details
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am-4pm
Pay Rate: $16-18/hr depending on experience
Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire
Office Assistant Job Responsibilities:

  1. Answer and direct incoming phone calls from clients and vendors
  2. Monitor email inbox, escalating urgent matters to management and/or sales team
  3. File daily mail and organize filing system
  4. Perform data entry for a manual-to-electronic recordkeeping project
  5. Record meeting notes and distribute within the department
  6. Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Office Assistant Job Requirements:
  1. Associate Degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required
  2. Two (2) years of administrative experience, supporting operations of a department
  3. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and professionalism
  4. Excellent communication skills and willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
  5. Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) proficiency
