Are you a Maintenance Manager with a strong background in manufacturing, looking for the autonomy to shape maintenance strategy, influence operational decisions, and lead a high-performing team within a state-of-the-art facility?

In this influential leadership role, you will take ownership of the maintenance department, setting the strategy for preventative and predictive maintenance and developing a team of 25+ Engineers, Machinists, Technicians, and Production Staff. You will identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and production performance, whilst having the opportunity to shape capital improvement projects, influence investment decisions, and introduce new ideas and processes across the facility.


This role would suit a Maintenance Manager from a manufacturing or industrial environment, looking for the autonomy to lead from the front, develop a technical team, influence site-level decisions, and make a lasting impact within a cutting-edge manufacturing operation.


The Role:

  • Take full ownership of the maintenance function, leading and developing a high-performing team while setting the long-term maintenance strategy.
  • Develop and optimize a proactive preventative and predictive maintenance strategy, coordinating planned downtime events to maximize equipment reliability while minimizing disruption to production.
  • Influence senior-level decisions around capital investment, technology, equipment reliability, and operational improvements across a state-of-the-art facility.


The Candidate:

  • Proven maintenance leadership experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment, with the ability to lead, coach, and develop a team.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, with the ability to read blueprints, electrical prints, and schematics.
  • Proven experience developing PM strategies and planned maintenance/downtime schedules, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting, reliability, and continuous improvement.
