MACHINE OPERATORS
Automation Personnel Services is seeking experienced Machine Operators for a premier firearms manufacturer. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with recent manufacturing experience who are looking to grow their skills in a clean, climate-controlled production environment. We are seeking dependable operators who are comfortable working around machinery, maintaining production goals, and producing quality products. Machine operating experience is required, and candidates with CNC experience are highly encouraged to apply.
 
Pay Rate 
$17.72 per hour
 
Schedule and Hours 
1st Shift: Monday though Friday 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
2nd Shift: Monday though Friday 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
3rd Shift: Sunday though Thursday 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
 
Machine Operators Duties and Responsibilities
• Operate manual, semi-automatic, and manufacturing equipment to meet production goals.
• Load machines with materials and transport finished products to designated production and storage areas.
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Use hand tools, gauges, calipers, and measuring devices as needed.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
 
Machine Operators Qualifications and Requirements
• At least 1 year of recent machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• CNC machine experience is highly preferred for skilled operator opportunities.
• Recent forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to use hand tools and basic measuring equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while meeting production expectations.
