Licensed Pharmacy Technician (Temp-to-Perm)

Pay: $23.00/hour
Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm

Schedule:

  • Mondayโ€“Friday | 3:30 PMโ€“12:00 AM
  • Every other weekend and holidays required

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Licensed Pharmacy Technician to join our team. This is a temp-to-permanent opportunity with the potential for long-term employment. Under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, you will prepare prescriptions accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies and pharmacy regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Pick, label, scan, and prepare prescriptions for final pharmacist verification
  • Fill daily medication orders accurately and efficiently
  • Process returned medications for recycling or proper disposal
  • Prepack, label, and store frequently ordered medications
  • Pull medications from inventory and storage areas
  • Apply labels to blister cards and scan products for accuracy
  • Alert the pharmacist of any medication or product scanning issues
  • Maintain a clean, organized workstation and replenish supplies
  • Follow HIPAA and all applicable pharmacy regulations
  • Comply with safety, attendance, and dress code policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Active and unrestricted Massachusetts Licensed Pharmacy Technician license
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

  • Previous Licensed Pharmacy Technician experience

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds throughout the shift. Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required based on business needs.
