Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Support Specialist to support our Production and Planning Teams. This temporary role is ideal for someone with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, excellent critical thinking skills, and a proactive attitude. The successful candidate will play a key role in streamlining administrative processes, supporting operational initiatives, and contributing to a dynamic team environment.
This is a temporary position funded through April 2027, with potential extension through December 2027.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Team, including data entry, document preparation, and scheduling.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Assist with tracking and organizing operational metrics and project documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Attributes:
  • Experience in a manufacturing or multi-site operations environment.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Teams, and other collaboration tools.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
