Company Overview: Parker Hannifin - Parflex Division

When you join Parker Hannifin's Parflex Division, you're not just working on hoses and tubing - you're helping power the systems behind some of the most important vehicles, machines, and technologies in the world. From under the hood of U.S. military trucks like the JLTV and HEMTT, to inside the wings of the F-35 fighter jet and C-130 Hercules, our thermoplastic and fluoropolymer hose products are trusted in the world's most demanding applications.

You'll also find Parker Parflex products supporting wind farms, solar fields, food production plants, and next-generation hydrogen vehicles. Whether it's helping to land a Black Hawk helicopter safely or making sure air brake systems on semi-trucks perform in any weather, our team builds solutions that keep America moving, protected, and growing.

Parflex is part of Parker's North American Hose Products Group, a global leader in motion and control technologies for over 100 years. At our facility, we focus on innovation, safety, and purpose-driven work. We offer stability, great benefits, and the satisfaction of building parts that truly make a difference.

Why Work for Parker?

Competitive wages: Our entry level Extruder Operator starts at 22.05 an hour, with a 2.00 per hour shift premium for working on 3rd shift. In addition to wages, our team members also receive quarterly bonuses, set by company growth and quality goals. This is 2.5%-10% of annual earnings! We also have an annual perfect attendance bonus of 1,250!

Exceptional Benefits: All team members are eligible for benefits starting day 1! You can receive 120 hours of Paid Time Off your first full year with Parker! We also have 13 paid holidays and volunteer time off opportunities. We offer multiple medical, dental, and vision insurance plans to fit your lifestyle. 401(k) starts right away, matching the first 5% of your contribution. In addition, Parker offers multiple voluntary benefit plans, such as supplemental insurance plans, legal protection, renters/home/auto insurance, pet wellness, and identity theft protection. First shift is M-F, 6am-2pm.  Upon completion of training, this person will move to permanent 3rd shift hours. Our facility is environmentally controlled 365 days a year. That means team members are comfortable year-round, working in air conditioning in the summer and heat in the winter!
