Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Representative to support HR Operations with a focus on data transactions and analytics. This role is responsible for managing employee data across HR systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing while supporting reporting and continuous process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Process and maintain employee data transactions including new hires, terminations, leave of absence updates, and job changes Ensure accurate and timely data entry while identifying and resolving discrepancies Maintain data quality and compliance by adhering to established standards and conducting regular audits Ensure consistency of employee data across multiple HR systems and platforms Collaborate with HR teams to address data gaps and support training needs Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to efficiency enhancements Generate reports and complete templates to support HR decision-making Work collaboratively with team members to resolve issues and escalate when necessary Maintain and update knowledge base documentation to reflect current HR policies and processes Stay informed on updates to HR systems, policies, and compliance requirements Meet defined performance metrics related to data accuracy, timeliness, and reporting quality Required Qualifications 2-6 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or a related field Experience processing employee data transactions, including leave management Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, ADP, or similar platforms Basic knowledge of reporting tools and metrics Strong communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications Proficiency with HR systems such as PeopleSoft, BrassRing, and ServiceNow Experience with data management and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization platforms Familiarity with data governance and compliance regulations such as GDPR and CCPA Ability to document and track employee data transactions within HR systems Bachelor’s degree in a related field Education: Bachelors Degree
