This role involves a variety of duties, including but not limited to analysis, design, build, testing, documentation, training, implementation, reporting, and user support. The Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that Epic applications meet clinical and operational needs, performing system testing, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless integration with other systems.

- Provide in-depth support for Epic applications, including EpicCare Inpatient, ASAP, OpTime, Radiant, MyChart, Stork, Cadence, and other Epic modules, ensuring systems are fully optimized.
- Independently handle the creation of specifications, analysis of existing system logic, and the revision of configurations based on evolving needs.
- Manage and coordinate the delivery of small to medium-sized projects across multiple Epic modules, ensuring timely execution and adherence to project goals.
- Participate in system testing, ensuring all configurations are thoroughly validated before being moved into production.
- Offer training and support for end-users, super-users, and core teams, ensuring users understand and maximize the functionality of the Epic applications.
- Serve as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving user issues, demonstrating problem-solving skills and technical expertise in Epic applications.
- Participate in on-call rotations, providing after-hours support as needed.
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners as necessary to implement and maintain third-party applications integrated with Epic.
- Document system changes and updates, maintaining accurate and detailed records for future reference.
