Need work now? We're looking for an experienced Temporary Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a great opportunity for an apartment maintenance professional looking for a temporary assignment with a reputable property management company.
If you have multifamily maintenance experience, enjoy solving problems, and can jump in quickly, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
  • Complete resident service requests promptly and professionally
  • Perform general apartment maintenance and repairs
  • Prepare apartment homes for new residents (make-readies)
  • Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and carpentry issues
  • Assist with preventative maintenance and property upkeep
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and attractive community
  • Participate in on-call rotations if needed

What We're Looking For
  • Previous maintenance experience required
