Work Environment
  • In-office, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Dispatcher. This is a key position responsible for keeping daily operations running smoothly by coordinating technicians, managing client communication, and ensuring accuracy across scheduling, billing, and administrative processes.
If you're detail-oriented, confident on the phone, and enjoy balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment-this role is for you.
What You'll Do
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls, preventative maintenance, and emergencies
  • Communicate with customers to coordinate appointments and address concerns
  • Handle inbound calls from clients, including urgent service needs and billing questions
  • Prepare quotes, invoices, and customer work orders for billing
  • Process payments and assist with accounts payable for ordered parts
  • Order materials and coordinate parts fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Collaborate closely with technicians to ensure efficient daily operations

What We're Looking For
Must-Have Qualifications
  • 2+ years of dispatch, administrative, or office experience
  • 2+ years of data entry or administrative support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
