Employment Type: Contract / Temp-to-Hire
LHH is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals for a high-volume administrative opportunity in Carmel, IN. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy structured, process-driven work and thrive in fast-paced environments. Unlike traditional customer service roles, this position involves minimal phone interaction and focuses primarily on document processing, data entry, and administrative support.
Candidates with previous title processing, auto title, vehicle registration, lending, or document processing experience are strongly preferred. Individuals from fast-paced service industries such as retail, food service, hospitality, bartending, or coffee service often transition successfully into this role due to their ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
Responsibilities
  • Open, sort, and process incoming mail and title documents
  • Scan, file, retrieve, and organize physical and electronic records
  • Perform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy
  • Prepare and organize documents for outgoing shipments
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for compliance and tracking
  • Support daily administrative and operational functions
