Job description

Job Title: Technician โ€“ Production & Materials

Employment Type: Temporary, W-2

Education: High School Diploma or GED


About the Role: We are looking for a hands-on Technician to support a production and materials operation. This role is best suited for someone who is comfortable working with equipment, handling materials, following established procedures, and performing repetitive hands-on tasks.

The primary responsibility is to spray sheets of material using dispensing equipment and package the finished material into boxes. You will also operate basic testing equipment, maintain accurate records, and follow required safety and PPE procedures.


What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Operate an adhesive dispensing/spraying system to apply material to sheets.
  • Package and prepare finished sheets for shipment or storage.
  • Operate basic thermal and texture testing equipment as required.
  • Follow established work instructions and safety procedures.
  • Handle adhesives and other materials while using required PPE.
  • Complete basic data entry, documentation, and production records.
  • Maintain accurate notes and report issues or abnormalities.
  • Work safely around equipment and materials.
  • Remain on your feet for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements.
  • Occasionally lift materials up to 50 lbs with available carts or team support.
