This role focuses on delivering Premiere Customer Service by providing accurate, timely information to customers and resolving issues related to automotive rebate claims within the program. You will support participants over the phone, update internal systems, and assist with back end operational tasks to ensure smooth program operations. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently. You will also participate in training sessions to stay current on client programs, processes, and POEV requirements.
We are looking to fill three (3) temporary Customer Operations Specialist positions, requiring bilingual fluency in Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Receive and manage inbound calls from participants, addressing questions aboutClaims,program details, and recommending solutions based on their needs.

  • Validation of Applications and Claims associated with Automotive Rebate program

  • Provide backend operational support to ensure seamless program execution.

  • Attend training sessions for new and existing clients to stay informed on POEV program updates and operational changes.

  • Deliver accurate, timely information on programs and services to customers.

  • Update internal tracking systems to ensure data accuracy and issue resolution.

What You'll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Cantonese, or Mandarin.

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience.

  • Clear speaking voice, strong grammar, and excellent retention skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Computer literacy, including comfort with word processing and spreadsheets.

  • Research, problemsolving, and analytical skills.

Working Logistics & Things You Should Know

  • This is a Remote role.

  • Operations run on 8AM-5PM PST.

  • This role follows a standard 40hour Monday-Friday schedule, though hours may vary based on business demand.

  • This is a temporary position but is expected to last long term.

  • The hourly rate is $20 - $21/per hour.
