Responsibilities
  • New Customer Onboarding - starts with a friendly outreach to ensure they have access to their policies and more.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
  • Provide accurate information about Ziegler Insurance Group's products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy-related questions and basic administrative tasks.
  • Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services to meet customer needs.
  • Process customer requests and update account information accurately.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support their efforts and transition interested customers.

Requirements
  • Must have or be able obtain a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License. Employer assistance available.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including email and data entry.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
