Job description

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Customer Service Representative positions in Eugene, OR This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as a Customer Service Representative, while learning new ones to assist you in your career.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.

  • Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner.

  • Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues.

  • Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 1 year experience within a call center environment..

  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
