CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as a primary point of contact for customers and is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while supporting store operations, sales activities, account maintenance, merchandising, and administrative functions.
The CSR assists customers throughout the leasing and purchasing process while maintaining a professional and welcoming showroom environment.
Essential Job Functions
  • Process order forms, references, and customer lease information accurately into Company systems
  • Answer phones in a friendly, professional, and customer-focused manner
  • Accept customer payments and update account information accurately
  • Assist customers with questions regarding products, lease agreements, payments, and account information
  • Support store marketing efforts including management of web leads and social media activity as assigned
  • Maintain showroom, counter areas, restrooms, and displays in clean and professional condition
  • Ensure merchandise is properly priced, displayed, and organized
  • Assist with delivery, setup, and pickup of merchandise as needed
  • Assist other departments and perform additional duties as assigned by management
