Position Summary

The Customer Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for customers and plays a critical role in supporting daily operations. Reporting to the Office Manager, this position helps coordinate communication between customers, service technicians, and delivery drivers to ensure a smooth customer experience.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping people. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions, requests, and service needs

  • Gather customer information and establish new accounts

  • Schedule gas deliveries, service appointments, and other field operations

  • Assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner

  • Process customer payments and maintain accurate payment records

  • Balance daily cash and payment receipts

  • Prepare and organize paperwork for deliveries, service work, and other office functions

  • Communicate customer needs and service requests to technicians and delivery drivers

  • Provide information regarding propane services and gas appliances offered by the company

  • Support general office operations and administrative tasks as needed

Required Qualifications
  • Previous customer service, administrative, office support, dispatching, or scheduling experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Compensation, Benefits & More

Compensation: $15 - $16 per hour plus bonus
