Your role as a Route Relief Driver

As a Full-Time Route Relief Driver at Viking Coca-Cola, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery and merchandising of our beverages. With a commercial driver's license and a clean driving record, you'll conduct pre-trip inspections to meet DOT regulations while verifying inventory through a thorough check-out process. Your day will involve driving to various customer locations, unloading products, and merchandising them according to our high standards.

Engaging with customers in a professional and friendly manner, you'll collect payments and manage returns effectively. Utilizing handheld devices and printers for invoicing, you'll maintain seamless communication with both your account manager and the sales team, facilitating marketing efforts like displays and signage. Additionally, you'll keep the company vehicle in pristine condition while performing any other assigned duties, all within our fun and energetic company culture!

Are you the Route Relief Driver we're looking for?

To excel as a Full-Time Route Relief Driver at Viking Coca-Cola, you'll need a diverse skill set that aligns with our commitment to excellence. A valid Commercial Driver's License is essential, and if you don't have one, you must obtain it within 90 days of hire. A thorough understanding of traffic laws and defensive driving practices is critical to ensure safety on the road.

Strong written and organizational skills are necessary for completing paperwork accurately and legibly, while effective communication skills will help you build rapport with customers and your team. Basic math skills are also required for accurate invoicing, enabling you to manage transactions confidently.
