Build the Future of Semiconductor Manufacturing in Arizona

Are you ready to play a defining role in one of North America’s most critical high-tech manufacturing initiatives?

We are seeking exceptional engineering talent to lead the design, commissioning, and operational rollout of a state-of-the-art Semiconductor facility in Peoria, Arizona. As part of this greenfield/expansion project, you will help take specialized facility infrastructure from base-build construction and equipment commissioning to full-scale, 24/7 manufacturing operations.

We have six distinct engineering leadership roles available across key facility and utility disciplines. If you thrive in high-tech environments—where reliability, zero-downtime performance, cleanroom standards, and cutting-edge process controls matter—we want to hear from you.

Open Engineering Positions1. Facilities Mechanical Engineering Manager
  • Salary Range: $150,000 – $180,000

  • Key Focus: Executive engineering leadership for all HVAC, cleanroom environmental controls, and process utility systems (chilled water, cooling towers, steam, PCW, CDA, vacuum).

  • Core Responsibilities: Build and lead a team of HVAC/process engineers and technicians. Establish operational frameworks, SOPs, and preventive maintenance (PM) programs. Oversee trade partner coordination from design through commissioning.

  • Key Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering; 8+ years in HVAC/process utility engineering (semiconductor/high-tech preferred); 2+ years in engineering management; Professional Engineer (PE) License required.

2. Sr. Engineer, Facilities HVAC
  • Salary Range: $130,000 – $160,000

  • Key Focus: Cleanroom air systems, exhaust, solvent abatement (RCTO), acid scrubbers, and building climate control systems.

  • Core Responsibilities: Support commissioning and tool hook-up design; manage Out-of-Control Action Plans (OCAPs) for cleanrooms (temp, humidity, particle levels); conduct capacity planning and root-cause evaluations (FMEA).

  • Key Requirements: Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering; 5+ years in HVAC design/operations within high-tech manufacturing; proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam; PE license is a plus.

3. Senior Engineer, Facilities Controls Systems
  • Salary Range: $130,000 – $150,000

  • Key Focus: Automation, PLC, and SCADA control systems supporting HVAC, ultrapure water (UPW), wastewater, process gases/chemicals, and life safety systems.

  • Core Responsibilities: Review control logic and system drawings; support commissioning and start-up; manage instrument calibration programs; modify programming to optimize performance and prevent process interruptions.

  • Key Requirements: Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation & Controls, or related field; 3+ years in facility control systems (design & operations); strong expertise in PLCs, SCADA, PID controllers, and VFDs; PE license is a plus.

4. Sr. Engineer, Facilities Wastewater
  • Salary Range: $120,000 – $160,000

  • Key Focus: Industrial wastewater treatment systems (organic, inorganic, and biological treatment) supporting ESG and production objectives.

  • Core Responsibilities: Oversee daily WWTP operations and maintenance; lead county permitting and regulatory compliance reporting; execute water reduction and efficiency initiatives.

  • Key Requirements: Bachelor’s in Environmental or Chemical Engineering; 3+ years in wastewater operations (semiconductor or chemical processing preferred); knowledge of SCADA and chemical handling safety; PE license is a plus.

5. Staff Engineer, Gas & Chemical
  • Salary Range: $120,000 – $150,000

  • Core Responsibilities: Manage design vendor submittals, equipment testing, and startup; drive safe chemical/gas operations; develop shutdown strategies and expansion databases.

  • Key Requirements: Bachelor’s (Master's preferred) in Chemical Engineering; 8+ years in facilities gas/chemical engineering; deep understanding of TGMS, CDMs, and adjacent hazardous utility controls; PE license is a plus.

6. Staff Engineer, Facilities Fire Protection
  • Salary Range: $120,000 – $150,000

  • Key Focus: Facility-wide fire suppression, sprinkler, clean agent, fire alarm, and life safety systems integration.

  • Core Responsibilities: Collaborate with design consultants; lead functional commissioning and validation tests; ensure strict adherence to NFPA codes, local fire regulations, and corporate safety protocols; support 24/7 high-volume facility needs.

  • Key Requirements: Bachelor’s in Fire Protection or Mechanical Engineering; 8+ years in fire protection system design/operations; expertise in NFPA codes and life safety integration; PE license or NICET certification is a plus.
